Booking

You answer a few questions, choose a time and pay by card through Stripe, all in the booking form on the Readings page. For A Single Question and the Return Reading, write to me for now.

What I need

For a Natal Reading: your birth date, birth time and birth place, with the source of the time if you know it, or your best estimate and how you reached it. For a Single Question: your question, and a few sentences of background. Your birth details are not needed. For both: a name to address and an email address. I do not need, and ask you not to send, health records or other private documents.

If you do not know your birth time

A Natal Reading still works. If you know your birth time to within about an hour, I can rectify it by testing it against events in your life, and I will say how sure I am. If you have no time at all, there are limits to what I can say: the rising sign, the houses, the Lots and the exact degree of the Moon are uncertain, and I will not guess at them.

Timing

Natal Reading: you choose the time of the call when you book. Times are offered from 24 hours ahead. Return Reading: write to me to arrange a time. Single Question: 3 business days from the day I read and understand your question. If I need more information from you, the time counts from when I receive it.

Format

A Natal Reading and a Return Reading are live calls over Zoom. You keep a recording of the call and my notes. A Single Question is answered in writing, by email, with the chart.

Refunds

I refund you in full if I cancel, or if I find that a chart is not fit to be read, in which case I give no judgment.

Once a call has taken place, I do not give refunds. If a call goes badly, for example the connection drops or a question goes unanswered, I offer you a short follow-up at no cost instead of money back.

For A Single Question: no refund once the written answer has been sent.

These terms are stated again when you book.

Rescheduling

You can reschedule up to 24 hours before the call. A Single Question has no appointment to move.

Privacy of your birth data

Your birth details, the recording of your call and my notes are used to give you your reading. I do not sell them or give them to anyone else, except that the payment service handles your payment details and Zoom carries the call. I do not publish your reading or anything that identifies you. I handle your data as applicable law requires. To ask about your data, write to noordung.astrologer@gmail.com.

What a reading is and is not

A reading is an interpretation of a chart by the methods of traditional astrology. It is not medical, legal, financial, psychological or other professional advice, and it does not replace any of those. I read difficult subjects, including health, death, money, legal matters, relationships and other people, with care.

—

I say what the chart shows, in the tradition’s terms, and where it is doubtful.

—

I do not diagnose. I do not give medical, legal or financial instructions. Where a matter needs a doctor, a lawyer, an accountant or other professional help, I say so and encourage you to get it.

—

I do not predict a date of death.

—

I do not promise any outcome. What you do with a reading is your decision.

—

When a reading touches another person, I read the matter from your side, I do not claim to know what they intend beyond what the chart shows, and I do not read to expose their private affairs.

What I will not read: a question already asked, when nothing has changed; a question asked out of idle curiosity or to test the method; a request to harm someone or to do something unlawful; and an emergency. If you or someone else is in danger now, contact emergency services first.

Age

You must be 18 or older to order a reading.
